To take care of all your travel plans, we have been working closely with TripGuy Travel, a travel agency specializing in group travel. A block of rooms with special group rates at Royalton has been reserved for friends and family.
To secure your room, please book directly on this site. Note: The travel information tabs near the bottom of this page-this is where all pertinent travel information can be found including hotel information, reservations, making payments on your trip, as well as booking your transfer to and from the resort.
All guests must have their reservations made by November 1st, 2023. A deposit of $100 per room is required to make your initial reservation. The $100 deposit is refundable up until the final payment due date.
All reservations are to be paid in full by February 8th, 2024. Guests who make their reservation early will have the ability to make payments over time. Any remaining room balances will be auto-processed on the final due date.
We are currently holding rooms from April 25th - May 2nd, 2024; You may book any dates within that timeframe using the booking link at the bottom of this website. If you wish to add any additional nights to your stay, inquire with your TripGuy representative directly. Note, there is a 3-night minimum stay required by the resort.

The hotel will NOT make refund exceptions for any last minute cancellations due to medical, weather, or other emergencies based on their group policies. The room is fully refundable until February 8th, 2024. After that date penalties may exist until March 12th, 2024, when it becomes completely non-refundable. Changes to names, dates, or room types after the final payment due date will result in a $100 change fee (in addition to any changes in hotel price).
