To take care of all your travel plans, we have been working closely with TripGuy Travel, a travel agency that specializes in group getaways. With their help, we have reserved a block of rooms with special group rates at the resort.
As an option you can book your stay directly from this site to take advantage of the group rate. Please take a look at the travel information tabs near the bottom of this page - this is where all important travel information can be found including hotel information, reservations, making payments on your trip, as well as booking your transfer to and from the resort.
If you would like to join us on this trip, we ask that you make your hotel reservations by May 15th, 2025, with a deposit of $100 per room for the initial payment. The $100 deposit is fully refundable up until the final payment due date.
Due to the large block of rooms, all hotel reservations are to be paid in full by August 5th, 2025. Guests who make their reservations early will have the ability to make payments over time. Any remaining room balances will be auto processed on the final due date.
We are currently holding rooms from December 25th, 2025 – January 3rd, 2026; You may book any dates within that timeframe using the booking link at the bottom of this website. If you wish to add any additional nights to your stay, inquire with your TripGuy representative directly. Note, there is a 4-night minimum stay required by the resort.

Final payments will be automatically charged on the final due date using the same card you used for your deposit unless you request to change your form of payment
PLEASE BE AWARE:
Your credit card charge will say "TAPipeline/resort name” - so PLEASE do not file a claim for fraud.
You are responsible for any and all bank fees related to chargebacks.
The room is fully refundable until August 5th, 2025. After that date penalties may exist until October 20th, 2025, when it becomes completely non-refundable. Changes to names, dates, or room types after the final payment due date will result in a $100 change fee (in addition to any changes in hotel price). The hotel will not allow any changes at all within 14 days of travel

TripGuy cannot assist with new transportation requests within 7 days of travel.
