To take care of all your travel plans, we have been working closely with TripGuy Travel, a travel agency specializing in group travel. A block of rooms with special group rates at Royalton has been reserved for friends and family.
We ask that you book your stay directly from this site. Please note the travel information tabs near the bottom of this page-this is where all pertinent travel information can be found including hotel information, reservations, making payments on your trip, as well as booking your transfer to and from the resort.
​All guests must have their reservations made by February 25th, 2027. A deposit of $100 per room is required to make your initial reservation. The $100 deposit is refundable up until the final payment due date.
All reservations are to be paid in full by June 2nd, 2027. Guests who make their reservation early will have the ability to make payments over time. Any remaining room balances will be auto-processed on the final due date.

We are currently holding rooms from August 19th to 24th, 2027; You may book any dates within that timeframe using the booking link at the bottom of this website. If you wish to add any additional nights to your stay, inquire with your TripGuy representative directly. Note, there is a 3-night minimum stay required by the resort.

Your room is not truly confirmed until we receive your $100 deposit!
All rooms must be booked & deposited by February 25th, 2027
$100 room deposits are refundable up until the final payment due date
Final payments will be processed on June 2nd, 2027
Final payments will be automatically charged on the final due date using the same card you used for your deposit unless you request to change your form of payment
PLEASE BE AWARE:
Your credit card charge will say "ALG Vacations/Travel Impressions" - so PLEASE do not file a claim for fraud.
You are responsible for any and all bank fees related to chargebacks.
The room is fully refundable until June 2nd, 2027. After that date penalties may exist until June 29th, 2027, when it becomes completely non-refundable. Changes to names, dates, or room types after the final payment due date will result in a $100 change fee (in addition to any changes in hotel price).
The hotel will not allow any changes at all within 14 days of travel.
