Come enjoy a great all inclusive resort experience where all your meals, and alcohol are included with your stay while you celebrate our wedding with us.
To take care of all your travel plans, we have been working closely with a travel agency that specializes in destination weddings, TripGuy Travel. With their help, we have reserved a block of rooms with special group rates at the resort.
We ask that you book your stay directly from this site. Please note the travel information tabs near the bottom of this page-this is where all pertinent travel information can be found including hotel information, reservations, making payments on your trip, as well as booking your transfer to and from the resort.
All guests must have their reservations made by August 14th, 2025. A deposit of $100 per room is required to make your initial reservation. The $100 deposit is refundable up until the final payment due date.
All reservations are to be paid in full by November 6th, 2025. Guests who make their reservation early will have the ability to make payments over time. Any remaining room balances will be auto-processed on the final due date.
We are currently holding rooms from March 4th – 9th, 2026; You may book any dates within that timeframe using the booking link at the bottom of this website. If you wish to add any additional nights to your stay, inquire with your TripGuy representative directly. Note, there is a 3-night minimum stay required by the resort.

Allianz offers many different types of plans; most only with coverage for COVERED reasons prior to travel, but significantly more protection DURING Travel. Rates are based on the program you select, your ages, and the cost of the trip. Please click on the link to get a custom quote for your travel needs. The hotel will NOT make refund exceptions for any last minute cancellations due to medical, weather, or other emergencies based on their group policies. The ONLY way to get a refund after the cancellation date is purchasing insurance that could cover your situation. Please purchase insurance to protect your investment.

The room is fully refundable until November 6th, 2025. After that date penalties may exist until December 28th, 2025, when it becomes completely non-refundable. Changes to names, dates, or room types after the final payment due date will result in a $100 change fee (in addition to any changes in hotel price).
The hotel will not allow any changes at all within 14 days of travel.
Please note: in order for TripGuy to coordinate your airport transportation, the service must be paid in full with our team no later than 7 days prior to your arrival date.
TripGuy cannot assist with new transportation requests within 7 days of travel.
