To take care of all your travel plans, we have been working closely with Christine King from TripGuy Travel. With her help, we have reserved a block of rooms with special group rates at the resort. All guests must have their reservations made by October 15th, 2025. A deposit of $100 per room is required to make your initial reservation. The $100 deposit is refundable up until the final payment due date.
All reservations are to be paid in full by January 22nd, 2026. Guests who make their reservation early will have the ability to make payments over time. Any remaining room balances will be auto-processed on the final due date.

We are currently holding rooms from June 3rd-8th, 2026; You may book any dates within that timeframe. If you wish to add any additional nights to your stay, please contact Christine directly. Note, there is a 3-night minimum stay required by the resort. Please make sure your passport is valid for travel.

Final payments will be automatically charged on the final due date using the same card you used for your deposit unless you request to change your form of payment

Allianz offers many different types of plans; most only with coverage for COVERED reasons prior to travel, but significantly more protection DURING Travel. Rates are based on the program you select, your ages, and the cost of the trip. Please click on the link to get a custom quote for your travel needs. ​The hotel will NOT make refund exceptions for any last minute cancellations due to medical, weather, or other emergencies based on their group policies. The ONLY way to get a refund after the cancellation date is purchasing insurance that could cover your situation. Please purchase insurance to protect your investment.

The room is fully refundable until January 22nd, 2026. After that date penalties may exist until February 21st, 2026, when it becomes completely non-refundable. Changes to names, dates, or room types after the final payment due date will result in a $100 change fee (in addition to any changes in hotel price). The hotel will not allow any changes at all within 14 days of travel.
