To take care of all your travel plans, we have been working closely with a travel agency that specializes in destination weddings, TripGuy Travel. With their help, we have reserved a block of rooms with special group rates at the resort.
​
We ask that you book your stay directly from this site. Please note the travel information tabs near the bottom of this page-this is where all pertinent travel information can be found including hotel information, reservations, making payments on your trip, as well as booking your transfer to and from the resort.

All guests must have their reservations made by January 15th, 2025. A deposit of $300 per room is required to make your initial reservation. The $300 deposit is fully refundable until January 15th, 2025. After this date, it becomes non-refundable.
All reservations are to be paid in full by March 12th, 2025. Guests who make their reservation early will have the ability to make payments over time. Any remaining room balances will be auto-processed on the final due date.

We are currently holding rooms from May 20th-23rd, 2025; You may book any dates within that timeframe using the booking link at the bottom of this website. If you wish to add any additional nights to your stay, inquire with your TripGuy representative directly. Note, there is a 3-night minimum stay required by the resort.

Reservation Information
Your room is not truly confirmed until we receive your $300 deposit!
All rooms must be booked & deposited by January 15th, 2025
$300 room deposits are refundable up until until January 15th, 2025. After this date, it becomes non-refundable.
Final payments will be processed on March 12th, 2025
Final payments will be automatically charged on the final due date using the same card you used for your deposit unless you request to change your form of payment
PLEASE BE AWARE:
Your credit card charge will say "TAPipeline/resort name” - so PLEASE do not file a claim for fraud.
You are responsible for any and all bank fees related to chargebacks.
The room is fully refundable until January 15th, 2025. After that date penalties may exist until March 12th, 2025, when it becomes completely non-refundable. Changes to names, dates, or room types after the final payment due date will result in a $100 change fee (in addition to any changes in hotel price).
The hotel will not allow any changes at all within 14 days of travel.
Please note: in order for TripGuy to coordinate your airport transportation, the service must be paid in full with our team no later than 7 days prior to your arrival date.
TripGuy cannot assist with new transportation requests within 7 days of travel.

Allianz offers many different types of plans; most only with coverage for COVERED reasons prior to travel, but significantly more protection DURING Travel. The hotel will NOT make refund exceptions for any last minute cancellations due to medical, weather, or other emergencies based on their group policies.
