Mango Weddings and Events Mexico is a premier destination wedding planning team based in the Riviera Maya. With over a decade of experience, they specialize in creating stylish, stress-free weddings in Mexico. They can assist with everything from planning and coordination of the wedding day to hotel bookings, airport transfers and tours — so you can celebrate love in paradise.

All guests must have their reservations made by September 21st, 2025. A deposit of $100 per room is required to make your initial reservation. The $100 deposit is refundable until the final payment deadline of December 31st, 2025. Guests who make their reservation early will have the ability to make payments over time. Any remaining room balances will be auto-processed on the final due date.

We are currently holding rooms from March 20th - 24th, 2025; You may book any dates within that timeframe. If you wish to add any additional nights to your stay, please contact Mango Weddings directly. Note, there is a 3-night minimum stay required by the resort. Please make sure your passport is valid for travel.

You are responsible for any and all bank fees related to chargebacks.
The room is fully refundable until December 31st, 2025. After that date penalties may exist until February 8th, 2026, when it becomes completely non-refundable. Changes to names, dates, or room types after the final payment due date will result in a $100 change fee (in addition to any changes in hotel price). The hotel will not allow any changes at all within 14 days of travel.
