To take care of all your travel plans, we have been working closely with a travel agency that specializes in destination weddings, TripGuy Travel. With their help, we have reserved a block of rooms with special group rates at the resort.
We ask that you book your stay directly from this site. Please note the travel information tabs near the bottom of this page-this is where all pertinent travel information can be found including hotel information, reservations, making payments on your trip, as well as booking your transfer to and from the resort.
All guests must have their reservations made by May 20th, 2026. A deposit of $100 per room is required to make your initial reservation. The $100 deposit is refundable up until the final payment due date.
All reservations are to be paid in full by October 22nd, 2026. Guests who make their reservation early will have the ability to make payments over time. Any remaining room balances will be auto-processed on the final due date.
We are currently holding rooms from March 18th – 23rd, 2027; You may book any dates within that timeframe using the booking link at the bottom of this website. If you wish to add any additional nights to your stay, inquire with your TripGuy representative directly. Note, there is a 3-night minimum stay required by the resort. If you wish to start or end your trip at a different resort, please reach out to your TripGuy rep directly for custom pricing + options. TripGuy has access to discounted rates, so please contact our team to work with an expert who can perfectly match your pre or post stay with your personal travel vibe!

● Cancun and Puerto Morelos Environmental Sanitation Tax – Municipality of Benito Juarez: The Municipal Government of Benito Juarez will be charging all guests in the area of Cancun and Puerto Morelos an Environmental Sanitation Tax of a minimum 30.00 Mexican Pesos (approx. $1.60 USD) per room per night. This amount is not included in your vacation price and will be collected at your hotel. These funds are being used to protect, maintain and conserve the extraordinary beauty of the area
● Cancun - Quintana Roo; VISITAX: The state of Quintana Roo has just implemented a new mandatory tax, VISITAX, to be paid by visitors departing Cancun and Cozumel on April 1, 2021 and onward. The tax is approximately $10.00 USD per person (depending on current exchange rate).
Visitors can pay prior to departing for their resort, at the Cancun or Cozumel Airport upon arrival or departure, or at any time prior to their departure back home. However, we highly recommend that your clients complete the transaction prior to the commencement of their vacation by visiting the secure VISITAX website, http://visitax.gob.mx/sitio/ (change between Spanish and English on upper right of screen). They will be asked to answer a few questions: name(s), age(s), passport number(s), departure date, and data for electronic payment. Upon completion of payment, they will receive a receipt in the form of a QR code. Payment for families and groups may be made in a single transaction with individual QR code receipts provided.
Kiosks will also be available at the Cancun and Cozumel airports to collect payment and provide a QR code, and assistance will be available. However, lines may get long so please encourage your clients to complete the
transaction prior to leaving the U.S. Passengers will not be allowed through airport security upon their departure from Cancun/Cozumel without a valid QR code.
Reservation Information

Final payments will be automatically charged on the final due date using the same card you used for your deposit unless you request to change your form of payment
PLEASE BE AWARE:
Your credit card charge will say "TAPipeline/resort name” - so PLEASE do not file a claim for fraud.
You are responsible for any and all bank fees related to chargebacks.
The room is fully refundable until October 22nd, 2026. After that date penalties may exist until January 11th, 2027, when it becomes completely non-refundable. Changes to names, dates, or room types after the final payment due date will result in a $100 change fee (in addition to any changes in hotel price). The hotel will not allow any changes at all within 14 days of travel
Please note: in order for TripGuy to coordinate your airport transportation, the service must be paid in full with our team no later than 7 days prior to your arrival date.
TripGuy cannot assist with new transportation requests within 7 days of travel.

Allianz offers many different types of plans; most only with coverage for COVERED reasons prior to travel, but significantly more protection DURING Travel. The hotel will NOT make refund exceptions for any last minute cancellations due to medical, weather, or other emergencies based on their group policies.
