To take care of all your travel plans, we have been working closely with Laura Marshall from TripGuy Travel. With her help, we have reserved a block of rooms with special group rates at the resort. All guests must have their reservations made by November 11th, 2026. A deposit of $100 per room is required to make your initial reservation. The $100 deposit is refundable up until the final payment due date.
All reservations are to be paid in full by March 19th, 2027. Guests who make their reservation early will have the ability to make payments over time. Any remaining room balances will be auto-processed on the final due date.
We are currently holding rooms from July 10th – 17th, 2027; You may book any dates within that timeframe. If you wish to add any additional nights to your stay, please contact Laura directly. Note, there is a 3-night minimum stay required by the resort. Please make sure your passport is valid for travel.

The room is fully refundable until March 19th, 2027. After that date penalties may exist until May 4th, 2027, when it becomes completely non-refundable. Changes to names, dates, or room types after the final payment due date will result in a $100 change fee (in addition to any changes in hotel price).
