To take care of all your travel plans, we have been working closely with a travel agency that specializes in destination weddings, TripGuy Travel. With their help, we have reserved a block of rooms with special group rates at the resort.
​
We ask that you book your stay directly from this site. Please note the travel information tabs near the bottom of this page-this is where all pertinent travel information can be found including hotel information, reservations, making payments on your trip, as well as booking your transfer to and from the resort.

All guests must have their reservations made by March 17th, 2026. A deposit of $100 per room is required to make your initial reservation. The $100 deposit is refundable up until the final payment due date.
All reservations are to be paid in full by June 18th, 2026. Guests who make their reservation early will have the ability to make payments over time. Any remaining room balances will be auto-processed on the final due date.

We are currently holding rooms from November 8th – 13th, 2026; You may book any dates within that timeframe using the booking link at the bottom of this website. If you wish to add any additional nights to your stay, inquire with your TripGuy representative directly. Note, there is a 3-night minimum stay required by the resort. If you wish to start or end your trip at a different resort, please reach out to your TripGuy rep directly for custom pricing + options. The room is fully refundable until June 18th, 2026. After that date penalties may exist until September 9th, 2026, when it becomes completely non-refundable. Changes to names, dates, or room types after the final payment due date will result in a $100 change fee (in addition to any changes in hotel price). The hotel will not allow any changes at all within 14 days of travel.
