We got engaged in July 9, 2015 and planned to get married on the same day in 2016. After a couple of weeks, we settled on a destination wedding and that's when we found Jen! She was very helpful and extremely informative. She helped us book our rooms for the best rates in July and made sure to set up all of our travel to and from the resort. Her response turn around was pretty quick and she helped guide us in the right direction when it came to booking our rooms. She stayed on top of deadlines and made sure that all our guests had what they needed. Jen took away most of the headaches that a bride has to deal with when doing a destination wedding. For that, I am ever grateful. We got married July 2016 and it was the best experience ever! Thanks Jen for all your hard work. It was absolutely appreciated!

Thank you Mitch and your team for giving us the gift of a fabulous family week of relaxing and reconnecting. This was our first trip to Punta Cana and we really did not know what to expect. Coordinating the transportation to and from was appreciated. The resort was awesome and we look forward to working with you for our next family adventure.

I have to thank Rocco for setting up our cruise to Hawaii & hotel stay. Great job. The islands were great & we had a wonderful time. Unfortunately we did have some problems on Norwegian cruise. Our luggage was damaged, my travel bag had side pocket that was torn open & I lost my hearing aid container which only had my cleaning tool & spare batteries. The container had to have fallen out when bag was ripped. Our stateroom was not cleaned when we went to room. There was dirty coffee cups on balcony & no towels at all in bathroom. The ship was supposed to have been refurbished after being dry docked for 3 weeks, but work was not complete, so there were many decks roped off at different times during the week. The bathroom at aft of ship which is smoking section & also small pool area was closed the entire trip. You had to go 2 decks down & through buffet area to get to a bathroom. We were somewhat disappointed with Norwegian considering the money spent for cruise. The ship did reimburse us $50 for the luggage which I had to throw out when I got home. They also gave us a $200 credit for the ship being worked on. They gave everyone on ship the $200 credit. The food was great, but I was unhappy to find that when we went to the complimentary dining there were still items on menu you had to pay extra for. If it is complimentary then there should be no charges. That is what the specialty dinning was for. We just felt for the money we spent, we didn't get what we expected. Other then that the crew was great & the islands we went to were beautiful.It was a once in a lifetime trip for us.

Shout out to Ruth DeMuth for setting up our awesome vacation to Breezes Bahamas Resort. We had a group of 12 friends and had an AMAZING time! The staff at Breezes was EXCEPTIONAL! Special thanks to Lyndon (our group's cabana boy) and Michelle (pool bartender) for accomodating (tolerating) our never ending drink requests and always smiling about it! This was our first trip to the Bahamas but will not be our LAST!
