One of the Internet's Best Travel Secrets

Mitch - Thank you so much for the champagne and birthday card for Lance. That was such a nice touch! We had a great time. If you have any clients that like to workout, Swept Away is the place. They don't really advertize it but they have a visiting pilates, aerobics, and tennis instructor every week. They also have 3 tennis pros on staff that give free lessons. We had a great week of playing lots of tennis and enjoying the beach. Before we went I was looking into activities they offer and they don't advertize this aspect of the resort. To me this is what separates them from the others.
I liked how participating in the beach activities was less of a hassle then at Sandals. I feel like Couples embraces the "no problem" attitude more so then anywhere we have been yet. It was great! We went snorkeling and took wind surfing lessons. Unfortunately, we did not make the catamaran cruise but I think it is great that they offer this for free.
Our room: we were in a oceanfront villa but on the back side so our view was obstructed by foliage. You could stand at the very end of our balcony and see the ocean, so that was a little disappointing but not to big of a big deal. One day I am going to get the room with the view....

Of all resorts we have been to, the work out facilities blows everywhere else away. We felt that the resort itself could use a major face lift. The property was dated and looked a little in disrepair. The people and food were wonderful as always.

My favorite resort so far is still Sandals Whitehouse. If we could combine Whitehouse with the Swept Away athletic facilities, we would have the perfect resort.

If you hear of any places, all-inclusive or not, that has great tennis or having any tennis tournaments, please let me know. Swept Away has a tournament every Easter that we may try to go back for.

Thank you for all of your help! Kimberly
