Hi Mark,

We had a very good time at Riu Palace Las Americas.  Our room was amazing.  Marni and Justin had some issues with their room that went unresolved (broken refrigerator that started to smell by the end of the weekend), but otherwise they had a great time.  I think next time we are going to venture to Tulum or Playa (perhaps the Royal Playa Del Carmen like you suggested).  We went to the ruins at Tulum and much preferreed that area and PDC to Cancun.

Next year we are thinking about planning a large group trip to Couples Swept Away in Jamaica with about 8-10 couples.  I'll let you know when we are ready to book so that you can hopefully coordinate our efforts.  This was my first time using a travel agent and I thought you were great.  And I'm not just telling you that to blow smoke up your butt!  Your price was right and I just know you had a hand in getting us those fantastic rooms.  So thank you for everything.

We take several trips a year so I will definitely be in touch soon.  In the meantime, enjoy the rest of your summer!
