The trip to Barbados went well - Robin was restricted in her activities but we still had a chance to relax and enjoy the sun etc.  We ventured out only twice - once to Bridgetown and we also rented a car to tour the island and see a few sights. 

The Almond Beach resort is OK but the management of it is lacking. Food is good, service lousy, drinks OK.  No activities to speak of.  Weird hours for food, etc.

Would consider a return to Barbados but probably not Almond beach Village.

Once again, thanks for the help.  Will keep you in mind for our next trip (may be the fall, definitely spring of next year).
