Sorry it has taken so long for me to get back to you! The Disney and Mexico trips we booked through you went wonderfully. You handled everything we needed and/or asked for (which for my family was alot!) down to the last detail.  The second trip, to Mexico, was for a group of approx. 20 people and everyone had a great time and all went well.  I would, and have, recommended you to family and friends. 

El Cid was a beautiful resort - very clean and well maintained.  The staff was excellent and attentive.  The only and small complaint I have was the pool could have been warmer.  The beach was awesome!
