One of the Internet's Best Travel Secrets

Dear Sherri Hall,

I just wanted to thank you for planning a wonderful trip for us and 16 other people in Nov. 2008 Thanksgiving week at Hotel Marina El Cid Riviera Maya. I'm so glad you came with us, it wouldn't have been the same without you! You were always so informative, always giving us up to date information on weather, things to do, the local town info, and even emailing us conversion charts for the currency.  Thank you for the biodegradable sunscreen which we needed for certain excersions. You didn't have to do that!

When we arrived there was a little confusion with the rooms with 18 people that can be expected, but you stayed right with us, and after some demands, you got it all taken care of. The place was beautiful and we all had great views from our rooms. The pool was awesome. We dove off the cliff and went down the slide, (ages 7 to 65) we had a blast.  Make sure you tell your other clients to be careful of the slide, it will beat you up!

The service was wonderful all over the resort. They waited on us hand and foot. They also came out on the beach and served us, we were never without a drink. The beach was awesome, we swam and rode the waves, it was great. The food was delicious, they had a buffet every night with a different theme . There was also the El Alcazar, which was ala carte, impeccable service and attention to detail!

We also went to the spa and had massages. My sister, niece, mom, and myself were treated like queens. They went above our expectations. I would go back to this resort again in a heart beat!

Thanks so much for a wonderfully planned trip. I didn't have to do a thing, because you thought of everything, right down to the sunscreen! I can't wait for the next trip, so call us when the planning begins!
