We had a GREAT time at Sandals Royal Caribbean.  The upgrade you arranged for us was perfect.  We were so much happier there than at other properties..  We were not able to use the soon come back program since we have to worry about the dogs and my daughter's availability BUT we are going back.  We both agree we like Sandals Royal Caribbean the best of all the All-inclusive resorts that we have been to. You were great to work with and we will be in touch.
