To take care of all your travel plans, we have been working closely with Beth McDonnell from TripGuy Travel. With her help, we have reserved a block of rooms with special group rates at the resort. All guests must have their reservations made by July 16th, 2025. A deposit of $100 per room is required to make your initial reservation. The $100 deposit is refundable up until the final payment due date.
All reservations are to be paid in full by October 14th, 2025. Guests who make their reservation early will have the ability to make payments over time.

We are currently holding rooms from March 4th – March 9th, 2026; You may book any dates within that timeframe. If you wish to add any additional nights to your stay, please contact Beth directly. Note, there is a 3-night minimum stay required by the resort. Please make sure your passport is valid for travel.

The hotel will NOT make refund exceptions for any last minute cancellations due to medical, weather, or other emergencies based on their group policies. The ONLY way to get a refund after the cancellation date is purchasing insurance that could cover your situation. Please purchase insurance to protect your investment.
ALL GUESTS MUST STAY AT THE HOTEL TO ATTEND THE WEDDING

The room is fully refundable until October 14th, 2025. After that date penalties may exist until January 5th, 2026, when it becomes completely non-refundable. Changes to names, dates, or room types after the final payment due date will result in a $100 change fee (in addition to any changes in hotel price).

Please note: in order for TripGuy to coordinate your airport transportation, the service must be paid in full with our team no later than 7 days prior to your arrival date.
TripGuy cannot assist with new transportation requests within 7 days of travel.
