To make your travel planning as smooth as possible, we've partnered with TripGuy Travel, experts in destination weddings. They’ve secured a block of rooms at special group rates just for our guests. Please note that in order to attend our wedding events, all guests must book through our travel planner.
We kindly ask that you book your stay directly through this site. Be sure to check out the travel information tabs at the bottom of this page for all the details you’ll need, including hotel info, reservations, payment options, and arranging your airport transfers.
​All guests must have their reservations made by May 1st, 2025. A deposit of $100 per room is required to make your initial reservation. The $100 deposit is refundable up until the final payment due date.
All reservations are to be paid in full by May 28th, 2025. Guests who make their reservation early will have the ability to make payments over time. Any remaining room balances will be auto-processed on the final due date.

We are currently holding rooms from December 18th – 23rd, 2025; You may book any dates within that timeframe using the booking link at the bottom of this website. If you wish to add any additional nights to your stay, inquire with your TripGuy representative directly. Note, there is a 3-night minimum stay required by the resort.

Roundtrip/nonstop airport transfers from CUN Airport will be booked for each guest at $40 per person. Alyssa & Austin will be covering this cost for their guests.
Kids 4 to 12 years of age stay free at Garza with 2 paying adults. Maximum 2 children per room/suite. Additional children between 4 to 12 years of age will be charged at 50% of the adult double rate.

Final payments will be automatically charged on the final due date using the same card you used for your deposit unless you request to change your form of payment

Allianz offers many different types of plans; most only with coverage for COVERED reasons prior to travel, but significantly more protection DURING Travel. The hotel will NOT make refund exceptions for any last minute cancellations due to medical, weather, or other emergencies based on their group policies. The ONLY way to get a refund after the cancellation date is purchasing insurance that could cover your situation. Please purchase insurance to protect your investment.

The room is fully refundable until May 28th, 2025. After that date penalties may exist until September 29th, 2025, when it becomes completely non-refundable. Changes to names, dates, or room types after the final payment due date will result in a $100 change fee (in addition to any changes in hotel price). The hotel will not allow any changes at all within 14 days of travel
