To take care of all your travel plans, we have been working closely with a travel agency that specializes in destination weddings, TripGuy Travel. With their help, we have reserved a block of rooms with special group rates at the resort. We are holding rooms at El Dorado Royale and El Dorado Casitas (adults only). All room rates & details can be found below!

We ask that you book your stay directly from this site. Please note the travel information tabs near the bottom of this page-this is where all pertinent travel information can be found including hotel information, reservations, making payments on your trip, as well as booking your transfer to and from the resort.
All guests must have their reservations made by July 1st, 2024. A deposit of $100 per room is required to make your initial reservation. The $100 deposit is refundable up until the final payment due date.

All reservations are to be paid in full by August 20th, 2024. Guests who make their reservation early will have the ability to make payments over time. Any remaining room balances will be auto-processed on the final due date.

We are currently holding rooms from December 13th-18th, 2024; You may book any dates within that timeframe using the booking link at the bottom of this website. If you wish to add any additional nights to your stay, inquire with your TripGuy representative directly. Note, there is a 3-night minimum stay required by the resort.

Exclusive Casitas Suites are Ocean Front, romantically designed with the exclusive Aguas del Amor (outdoor shower) and with a tropical armosphere with a palapa roof. Included is a contemporary marble bathroom with double sinks separate toilet, glass enclosed showers and an indoor relaxing hot tub. king size bed, personal night stand, minibar, and a secluded balcony with an exterior bed, table and two chairs. The casitas suites are grouped in two stories with an exclusive pool and a swim up pool bar.

Your room is not truly confirmed until we receive your $100 deposit!
All rooms must be booked & deposited by July 1st, 2024

Final payments will be automatically charged on the final due date using the same card you used for your deposit unless you request to change your form of payment
PLEASE BE AWARE:
Your credit card charge will say "TAPipeline/resort name” - so PLEASE do not file a claim for fraud.
You are responsible for any and all bank fees related to chargebacks.
The room is fully refundable until August 20th, 2024. After that date penalties may exist until October 8th, 2024, when it becomes completely non-refundable. Changes to names, dates, or room types after the final payment due date will result in a $100 change fee (in addition to any changes in hotel price).
The hotel will not allow any changes at all within 14 days of travel.

Allianz offers many different types of plans; most only with coverage for COVERED reasons prior to travel, but significantly more protection DURING Travel. Rates are based on the program you select, your ages, and the cost of the trip. Please click on the link to get a custom quote for your travel needs. The hotel will NOT make refund exceptions for any last minute cancellations due to medical, weather, or other emergencies based on their group policies.
