We also loved the Hotel... it couldn't have been anymore perfect! Grant it, we did get sick of the food towards the end, but were hooked up with the tours through Apple Vacations. We did the Snorkeling Adventure, Chichenitza and horse-back riding by the beach on a ranch! We loved every moment of it...
