Yes, we had a great vacation at the Iberostar Grand Rose Hall! I enjoyed every minute of it! Thank you SOO much for giving me your advice in this! The hotel is great, the rooms are great, the food is great, the cocktails are great. Really, I have no idea why people complain about the quality of the food or the drinks, there was so much to choose from! I love Jamaica, I really want to go back. We took a tour to a couple of these Great Houses, the old plantation houses and learned something about the history and culture of Jamaica. The people from Jamaica are very friendly and very proud of their country, but not in a way that it is obvious that they want something from you (if you know what I mean!). The people in the hotel all worked very hard to make sure every guest had a great time. Of course you had the Star Friends, the teens in the hotel that have to entertain the American single guys by making them do silly games, but they did not bother us too much.  And of course I will write a review with your name in it, I already planned to do that because I want people to know what a great travel agent you are! We had a very nice ocean view room, just as you asked them to do, and on our anniversary date they gave us a bottle of champagne and decorated our room with roses! I was also very happy that you had somebody contact the hotel regarding the reservations for the restaurants. After we arrived, it was extremely difficult to get a reservation so I was glad we already took care of that! On the day we arrived we were very tired and wanted to have dinner at 7 PM instead of 8.30 PM (we made reservations for 8 PM, but they had no openings at 8PM). The 7 PM timeslot was also fully booked, so we went to the buffet and that was good also. But you really need to make your reservations before you go to the resort, once you are there it is almost impossible to get into an a la carte restaurant.
