We had a great time in Jamaica.  Thank you again for your reservation help with the Grand Palladium.  You earned the business in the beginning with your prompt responses even after normal business hours.  That proved helpful when we had a reservation question @ almost midnight on the night before our departure.  You followed up and our room request were handled well by the resort.  We would recommend the Grand Palladium or Lady Hamilton to anyone with preference to the Lady Hamilton side because we were closer to most activities and the views were the best.  The transfer company met us with a waiting bus ready to leave as soon as we were out of the airport and picked us up promptly for our return in modern clean buses and vans.  We will recommend you to our friends and will be using your service again.  Your prompt service earned you our business and you delivered in every way!
