Thank you so much for all of your help with our trip to Beaches.  We had a fantastic time!  Amy and I and our four kids (aged 12 - 17) loved the resort!  The food and drinks were great (our daughters beamed over having "5 smoothies in one day").  We really enjoyed the fact that you could go to a different area of the resort every day (French, Italian, Caribbean, the beach) - it was almost like going to a different resort each day.  Had a great time on the snorkeling trip (worth the extra money).  Our kids and I loved the activities - beach volleyball, etc. - and got some good use of out of the fitness center (great set-up).

Thanks to you we:

1)  Got adjoining rooms and were upgraded to the French Village
2)  Were personally contacted by the resort manager, Adrian, who pulled some strings to get us into the Japanese restaurant (Kimono's) even though they were booked up for the week
3)  Amy was able to enjoy a massage at the spa and our daughters got pedicures (thanks, again, for the spa credit! - and for working thru the billing!)
4)  Had the comfort of knowing that if we needed any additional assistance you were on standby to help!

I would definitely recommend your agency to others - and Beaches for an unforgettably awesome family vacation.
