Sorry for the delay in responding.  As for the trip, everything at the Valentin Imperial Maya was terrific.  The resort was about half full, and we were given an upgrade on arrival (thanks!).  They were operating only half of the restaurants on a nightly basis, but a daily calendar let you know in advance which were going to be open.  Overall the trip was great.

The resort was more than we hoped for - thank you for your recommendation.
