Hello Ruth,

Thank you so much for your follow up and for all your help for our trip to Sandals Royal Caribbean.    As you know, we were EXTREMELY fortunate to get upgraded 5 Levels to a Royal Honeymoon Swim-Up River Suite #15.   We appreciate all your help in getting this upgrade when the resort was in the 90+% capacity.  We also appreciated the champagne and fruit tray you had sent to the room.  That was a nice touch.

We had an absolutely great time and Kim and I plan to post complete reviews of the trip on www.tripadvisor.com.   I am going to note what a great job you did in getting us an upgrade and how wonderful it was to work with you.

Just to give a couple of small details, David the Loyalty Manager was super.   The Select Dinner was the best dinner and the boat ride up the coast for select members was one of the best times we've ever had.   Kim had a wonderful spa session.   Scuba diving and the staff at the dive shop were super.   It was simply an incredible and relaxing vacation!!
