Hey TripGuy! The Riu Palace Las Americas hotel was the most beautiful hotel we saw in Cancun. It was so comfy and cozy. They had great staff anytime we needed them. If we called for something the staff at the Riu Palace would show right up. If we needed help with something they were right there to help us. The hotel food was amazingly wonderful! The shows made us wanna go back and see them again and again. We couldn't of have had a better time. Thanks! K.B.
