Hi Mark,

Just wanted to let you know we had a fantastic time and we absolutely loved the Vallarta Palace resort!!   I am sure you already know this but in April they will become the Hard Rock Vallarta Hotel.   We will definitely be doing a return visit at some point.

The trip to Couples Negril was amazing, we really enjoyed it. The club MoBay was a very nice surprise at the airport, and saved us a lot of time through immigration, thank you so much for arranging that. We definitely felt like Rock Stars, ha. Especially since Cee-Lo was on our plane, and going through the same fast track line as us!

We thought that was the surprise, until we got to the resort and was pleasantly surprised to find our room had been upgraded! Thank you for that as well. It literally took us 10 seconds to get to the beach. Your team definitely made up for our flight being cancelled and then some. We truly appreciate it, as we both know the flight cancellation as not Tripguy’s fault. It’s hard to find good customer service these days, and to see someone go above and beyond to make their customers happy was very refreshing. We will for recommend your services to our friends and family, not to mention use you again in the future.

Thank you so much for organizing this trip for us to Azul Beach.  We had a wonderful time.   The Lomas transfers were great.  Azul was one of the prettiest resorts I've been to and the service was great.  Loved Mexico too!!  Seriously a great trip.

We had an amazing 8 days down there and everything was perfect... exactly what we were hoping for from this trip.

We just returned from our best vacation ever!  Couples Negril will be our annual destination to get away from the cold and snow.  A special thanks to Fayette for her guidance and help.  As always, you took care of every detail and all we had to focus on was getting to the airport on time.  Couples Negril had great food, unbelievable service, friendly staff, and the best beach we have ever seen.  Can't wait to go back!
