what do you think about L'Hoste in St. Martin? We are looking for a hotel on the beach that is reasonably priced

L'Hoste is not generally a resort that we sell a lot of in St. Martin. We sell more Alamanda and Esmeralda for people looking for locations right on Orient Beach. These are very "plain" properties, but well priced and perfectly located (especially Alamanda).

Green Cay Villas is also another good choice just up the hill from the beach offering more villa style accomodations.

beautiful view of the swimming pool and the garden or 
the sea. Rooms that are adjoining can be connected 
together. They include a sitting area, a broad terrace 
with teak lounge chairs, a kitchenette, bathroom with 
separate bathtub and shower.

Deluxe Oceanview Supersaver, same description 
as Deluxe Oceanview Room. 
Deluxe Oceanview, rooms are on the first floor and have 
a very beautiful view of the sea. They include a sitting area,

bathroom with bath-tub.

Oceanview Two Bedroom Duplex, The Duplex Rooms include 
a bathroom with bathtub, a terrace of 105 square feet, 
and on the upper floor a room offering a double bed and 
a single bed with a bathroom with shower.

Orient Bay Junior Suite(*), The Orient Bay Suite is on 
ground floor beachfront, With an ample size of over 900 
square feet, both of our junior suites include a sitting 
area with a king bed and a settee, a terrace (285 square

with separate bathtub and shower.
Presidential Junior Suite(*), The Presidential Suite, 
on the 1st floor, overlooks Orient Bay, with an ample size 
of over 900 square feet, both of our junior suites include
